Shears

Revenue used for treatment of waste metal, prior to fragmentation.
Material input: large pieces of metal.
Process: cross section of the material.
Material Output: suitably sized pieces for entry into the shredder.

Shredder

Reduces a package into small pieces of scrap and separate the components by selecting the materials for later reuse.
The material is introduced into a fragment of a feed chute which leads to the rotor, where the material is ground, and poured on a conveyor belt for separation.
The fractions obtained are:

• Ferric material, which is separated magnetically, and are intended to smelters for recovery.
• Non-ferrous metals.
• Waste material.

The non-iron-aluminum, copper, etc .- is separated from waste material by Foucault currents. This fraction is intended to managers for their recovery.
Waste material, which can not be used, goes to landfill.

Metal Press

Enables metal bullets from ferrous and non-ferrous material obtained in the process of fragmentation.

Crusher and wood chipper

Used for grinding, especially the wooden pallets and wood packaging waste not contaminated.

There is a physical treatment of the wood, reducing its size, to be introduced into the chipper. In it, the pieces of wood are turned into chips, which are intended to industry cluster for reuse.

News Paper and Plastics

Enables bales of paper and cardboard or plastic materials from falling.

Treatment Center Authorized vehicles

Our facility meets all requirements of the law in order to give a proper environmental treatment to vehicles at the end of its useful life.
Vehicles are subject to the following:

• Decontamination: Removal of fluid-extraction and other dangerous elements.
• Removal of reusable components: catalysts, glass, tires, plastic components, etc.
• Fragmentation
• Recycling of each component.
